How we keep this place great.
These rules exist so everyone has a good time. Most of them are just common sense.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 3:00 PM.
- Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and a fee.
- You must register at the office upon arrival before setting up your site.
- All vehicles must have a valid campground sticker displayed at all times.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, seven days a week.
- Generators must be off during quiet hours.
- Music and outdoor gatherings must be kept at a respectful volume at all times.
Pets
- Pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals immediately.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area or lodge.
- Excessive barking is grounds for being asked to remove your pet from the campground.
Vehicles & Golf Carts
- Speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH at all times.
- Golf carts are permitted for permanent campers only. Transient guests are not permitted to operate golf carts. Only the adults listed on the lease may operate a golf cart on the premises (no children).
Fires & Grilling
- Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. Never leave a fire unattended.
- Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving your site or going to sleep.
- Only wood purchased at the camp store or brought in small quantities is permitted.
- Charcoal grills must be used on non-combustible surfaces, not on picnic tables.
Pool Rules
- Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Swim at your own risk.
- Swim diapers required for children not toilet-trained.
- No diving, running, or horseplay.
Guests & Visitors
- All guests must register at the front office. Day visitors are $8 per person. Overnight guests are $9 per person.
- Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
General
- Hidden Acres is a family campground. Behavior that disturbs other guests will result in removal without refund.
- No tent camping. RV, trailer, and pop-up campers only.
- Sewer connections require a gray water hose and proper fittings.
- The campground is not responsible for theft, damage, or personal injury.
- Management reserves the right to remove any guest for rule violations.
Common questions.
Do you allow tent camping?
No. Hidden Acres is an RV and trailer campground only. We do not have tent sites.
When is the season open?
We open April 15 and close October 15 each year. Exact dates may vary slightly. Call us for current season dates.
How do I make a reservation?
We take reservations by phone. Call 610.857.3990 to check availability and book your site. For off-season and after-hours inquiries, reach us at 610.857.0662. We do not currently take online reservations.
How big are the sites?
Site sizes vary. Most can accommodate rigs up to 40 feet. Call us with your rig dimensions and we'll match you to the right site.
Is there sewer hookup?
Yes. All sites have water and electric. Sewer is available on certain sites. Confirm when booking.
Are seasonal spots available?
Not at this time.
Do you have cable TV or Wi-Fi?
We have Wi-Fi available around the store and pool. No cable is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with 20+ days notice receive a full refund. Cancellations between 11 and 19 days prior to arrival receive their deposit back less a $15 admin fee. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival forfeit their deposit entirely. No-shows forfeit their deposit.
Are visitors allowed?
Yes. Day guests are $8 per person and overnight guests are $9 per person, paid at the front office. All guests must be registered.
Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated. It's open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is kept clean and well-maintained.
